Disappointed with HSBC Qatar

I went to HSBC in Al Sadd today to settle some things before we go for vacation early July. One of the things I had on my list was to ask them if they could retrieve my PIN number for my credit cards as it seems that I forgot them. I was taken aback when the customer representative told me that they would need to charge me 50QR for each of the cards to re-issue a new PIN number for my HSBC cards. What? I need to pay another 50QR for something that they're already earning from everytime I purchase an item using the card? That's just plain STUPID! Here you have a customer, wanting to use your credit cards that you are earning from and whose salary is being deposited in your bank every month and you tell him that he has to pay another 50QR so that he could continue using his credit card. I'm glad that I don't pay a yearly fee for my HSBC credit cards but if I were, I would have stormed the Manager's office. How do you call that customer satisfaction? Can't they just reset my password? Would it take more than 5 minutes to do that if they really wanted to? It is deserving that I pay 50QR fee for this. I don't think so. They can have their credit cards and I'll just use another card from another bank or until I run out of credit cards. Then I'll just resort back to using cash.
