Forwarded Messages

I used to ignore every forwarded message that I get from my mail, thinking that all forwarded are just junk and a waste of time. But I realized that not all of them are, actually a lot of them can be inspiring, funny and entertaining. So I now have a different take on forwarded messages. I take the time to read each of them, first because somebody took the time to send them to me. It means that to that person I am worthy enough of his or her time and that I was thought of. Second I take the time to read because I might get something good from the messages. The thing is we should always make sure that we are critical of what we read and don’t believe everything we see hook, line and sinker. After all, we are thinking individuals, as Rene Descartes said “I think, therefore I am”.
