Back to Normal

Our sick days are finally over and so is the long holiday. They say time flies when you’re having fun but it does too even if you’re not. We spent the long holiday including one weekend just staying home because Xiane and her dad we’re nursing cough and colds. I’m just glad that they’re both well now, especially Xiane. She’s still coughing a bit but it’s safe to say that she has recuperated. Even her appetite is back.

I guess everything too will be back to normal in no time. With Ramadan and Eid finally over, work schedule will go back to its original timings. No more fasting at sunrise and no more feasting at sunset. Everything back to as it was before. Some people couldn’t be happier that this is so but some people may be feeling otherwise. I know my husband liked his schedule during Ramadan, well who wouldn’t if you only worked for 6 hours a day. Anyway, as we all know even something as good as this never lasts. So I guess, we better all get ready to go back to the way things are.
